We began the plan together and lost about 15 pounds each in about two month's time. We were surprised how much we lost without killing ourselves exercising. I am buying the book for my sister-in-law who kept raving about how great we looked when we visited for Thanksgiving. The holidays are the difficult part - so we will begin eating by the plan again soon. I like how flexible it is. I found this program very interesting.

I am on day 21 and have gone down 2 pant sizes and about 10 pounds.
